I'm a proud Democrat( or at least used to be) but not a socialist.NObama. If elected, he still won't be MY President just like Bush isn't. Talk about going from one extreme to another but evil comes in many forms. Even before the NH Primary I could see the corruption just taking place before our eyes & people just looked away. Is our dislike for Bush worth killing our own country? McCain isn't as bad as Bush, if you think that then you don't check records on your own. It was difficult to leave the Party but it would be more difficult to pretend everything was going to be alright. Dec 5, 2008 - Finally, I'll point out that the socialist postal service can't get a damn letter across town in less than 48 hours, yet keeps raising the price of postage every year, and the socialist schools graduate kids who can't read or do basic math (and judging from babay's posts, conduct basic logic). Going to the driver's license office/Social Security (don't get me started..) is a four-hour wait among seemingly the smelliest people on earth. If that's socialism, keep it OFF my health care!

I think some people don't truly understand the difference between socialism and services paid by our fine taxpayers. Socialism redistributes, there will be no more opportunity to excel. The incentive will be gone. Obama=Castro, get it now? I'm beginning to think people should be required to take economics to vote, but that'll never happen.
