Play My Music or Play My Jonas? Episode 26~Selena and the Moms~Another Doctor came in. “Selena Gomez? Anyone here for her?” She asked. “Yes! We are.” Demi and Selena’s mom said in unison. “Well, she’ll make a full recovery, but she has forgotten everything. Even her own birthday.” Selena’s mom started to cry. She walked into Selena’s room and sat on the bed. “Who are you?” She asked. “I’m your mom, sweetie.” She answered. She doesn’t remember me. She thought. “I’m sorry mom. I can’t remember a thing. All I know is that I woke up here and a doctor asked me my birthday. I don’t know it. Another asked me my name. I don’t know that either.” Selena said shrugging. Selena’s mom (AN-I’m just going to call her Maria and Demi’s mom Tanya) started to feel better. She was happier like this, she wasn’t a criminal, she was the same girl she had been when she was with Nick. She doesn’t even remember Nick. “Nick” Maria said in a very quiet whisper. “Who’s Nick?” Selena asked. “Did I say that out loud?” Maria asked her. “Yes. Who is he?” She asked again. Oh no! She thought. “Uh, he’s my boyfriend.” She said quickly. “Oh, okay. Is he my dad?” Maria couldn’t tell her that her father was dead. “No. Your father is in the Navy. He said that he was going to miss us. They have no phones or mail entry there. He’s been gone for almost 15 years.” She said trying not to sound suspicious. “How old am I?” Selena asked. “Your 16.” Maria answered fast. “Your birthday was 11 days ago.” “Who’s Demi?” Selena asked. “Demi? How do you remember her?” Maria asked confused. “I don’t. The name just popped into my head.” Selena asked. Maria smiled. “She’s your best friend in the whole world. You met when you were on Barney.” Maria answered with a tear. “What’s a Barney?” Selena asked. Maria’s smile quickly faded. (AN-Too lazy to write the whole thing.) Maria tells her about Barney, her being an actress and Demi. “This is so cool! I have to tell Demi! Where is she? I want to meet her!” Maria had tears in her eyes. “I haven’t heard you say that in a long time. Ever since the incident a few days ago, you just haven’t been yourself.” She said smiling. “Incident? What incident? Am I missing something? Well . . . . besides half of my life.” Selena asked with a smile and giggle. “Uh . . . yes . . . . you, uh . . . . got in a fight with Demi, but you told me you made up.” Yeah that works, nice job. Maria thought to herself. “Oh, are we still best friends?” “Yes. Yes you are. You invite each other over for 2 people slumber parties and--” She was cut off by a knock at the door. “May I come in?” The Mystery person said. “Do I know you?” Selena asked. “Maybe.” He said. No, she doesn’t. She’s such an idiot! He thought to himself. “Oh. How do I know you?” She asked him. “Hold on. Mrs. Gomez, may I speak to your daughter in private?” He asked her. Maria was shocked, he was so polite. “Yes you may.” She said leaving with a smile. “Selena. Do you have amnesia?” He asked. “Maybe . . .” She said looking down. This could work to my advantage, he thought. “I’m Sean. Your boyfriend.” He said with an evil smile. “Oh! I didn’t know I had a boyfriend! Are you famous too?” She asked getting excited. “No. We met when I saved you . . . . . . uh . . . from a burning building. Are you sure you don’t remember?” He asked trying to sound believable. “No. I’m really sorry. Does this mean we’re broken up?” She asked with a sad pout. “No! Of course not!” He said hugging her. “Hey, I have to leave for a while, but I’ll be right back.” He said letting her out of the hug. Something doesn’t feel right! Selena thought to herself. “Ok. Promise you’ll come back?” She asked. “Promise he said leaving her room. Selena knew something was wrong, she just, didn’t know what.
