Dec 5, 2008 - nice prediction on this fight.. im filipino but i totally agree with what you're saying.. i dont think its gonna end in a knockout though..i think its gonna go 12 rounds split decision to de la hoya..mannys gonna get knocked down twice i think within the first 4 rounds..but mannys gonna comeback in the later rounds..like you said de la hoya lost much of speed, but he still has his power..if de la hoya can go 12 rounds with money and go split decision.. then he can do it with pacquiao as well..

Dec 5, 2008 - I agree with your conclusion and PACS strategy.However, I think it is actually a better idea for Oscar to be the boxer for rounds 1-6 and to let PAC run into his shots.The only shot that PAC has to do any serious damage is if DLH runs into one of his shots early in the fight when PAC has full power. DLH is best countering or boxing, attacking gets him hit a lot, and PAC coming up could hit him right under the chin a very dangerous angle to get hit from.Great job man!
