NOTICE: This video is a bit hard to understand, so here is my best description for it:It starts out with a man testing 2 firework guns, then seeing some people chasing one other man. The man sees the chase, and then tries to get a good look, but gets tired. He has a dream about himself preforming "Don't Drink the Tapwater" but finds out from another man looking just like him that he actually was doing Tapwater. The man then goes back to studying the chase, and never finds anybody because there was no actual chase. He was dreaming.
