Jul 10, 2008 - omg!!! thanks sooo much!!! i've been looking everywhere for good instructions on how to do a back somersault and finally one makes sense to me!!! please keep adding gym tricks to youtube because this one was so helpful! i can nearly do a back tuck now!! if you know how to do an aerial PLEASE add your instructions! i'm finding them really hard to learn... THX!!
