Jul 28, 2008 - I am actually worried that peace is a little farther and harder to obtain with NKorea abandoning nukes. I think countries with nukes behave very carefully and no 2 nations with nukes ever have conventional war. If NKorea has no nuke, they cannot keep up their economy and military at the same time, and much more likely to crumble and also SKorea and USA will be more tempted to create some situation to topple the government and takeover NKorea. So I am not sure no nuke is better for peace.
